How to schedule an automated post

1. Check current evidence

Overview shows all five accounts, disabled controls and the last authenticated worker heartbeat. A saved setting does not start a worker or establish a successful generation. Offline means no recent connection. Not Tested means there is no sufficient execution evidence.

2. Open the Review tab and check the badges

Each card shows the media, caption, topic/category/preset, guardrail status, and estimated cost. A passed guardrail badge means automated checks are clear. A requires review badge means you should look closely before approving (often because it names a real person). A failed badge means it cannot be approved from here at all — regeneration is the only way forward.

3. Fix anything that needs it before you approve

Tap a card to open it. Edit the caption if needed — the original AI-generated caption is always kept, never overwritten, so you can see what changed. Regenerate if the media or hook isn't right, with an optional note like "fix hands" or "try a different composition." Reject sends it to the archive with an optional reason instead.

4. Scheduling does not enable publishing

In the detail view, use Scheduled time to pick when it should go out, then tap Approve. Approving never publishes immediately: it hands the post to your Zenbook with that time attached. Publishing still requires its existing separate permissions, a working executor and verified prerequisites. Leave the time blank and approve to keep whatever time was proposed, or approve with no time set at all if you'd rather post it manually later.

5. Confirm it's queued, not just approved

Check the Approved tab and the "worker" indicator at the top, which shows when your Zenbook last checked in. If it's offline, this dashboard keeps working — your approval is queued as a command. Pending, Acknowledged, Completed and Failed describe actual command progress. An interrupted paid operation may require owner reconciliation; never retry it blindly. A queued approval does not establish that content was published.

6. If a scheduled post doesn't go out

Use System Audit, Activity Log and AI Usage to inspect failed jobs, prerequisites and spending evidence. Instagram API credentials, account permissions or media may need attention. The dashboard never bypasses authentication or starts live publishing as a repair. Free demonstrations do not prove live provider access.
